Refund refused for unused booking

My reservation could not be used because Booking.com confirmed the incorrect check-in date. As a result, I was unable to check in and did not make use of the accommodation at all.

Despite explaining this and requesting assistance, the establishment refused to modify the booking or issue a refund. This is disappointing customer service and unfair treatment of a paying customer. The place is located at “18 Heleza Boulevard Coral Point, 4319 Sibaya, South Africa” and it’s named “Exclusive 2 bedrooms presidential suite in Coral point”
