Refund refusal Emmaus Guesthouse bloemfontein

I booked accommodation at Emmaus Guesthouse in bloemfontein on the 4th of February for the 15th and 16th of February,with the option of a full refund should I cancel timeously. Needless to say I canceled timeously and over 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund. I have called and emailed to no avail...
