Refund on tow different bookings

We booked into two different properties in Cape Town in December. When we got to the properties it was not as per the adverti*****t. Both properties told me that they are happy to refund me, but I have been struggling with Booking.com to do the refund. I am now really getting very irritated with the customer service as I am not getting any joy. I would appreciate it if someone can contact me to sort this out.
