Refund of payment

Booked a hotel to Durban hotel around September 2024, made a cancelation and was promised an amount of R3100 after deduction of cancelation fee. I tried to contact their customer care several times but no help was received. It's been for 4 months no assistance was given. I'm really disappointed nd need my money ASAP.
