Refund of 7 thousand rand not being returned by booking.com

I booked accomodation through booking.com a month agao and cancelled immediately. Due to inaccurate dates. They sent me an email promising me a refund without any extra costs to me in 12 working days.

I have been waiting a month without any communication or refund.

Please refund my 7 thousand rand.
