refund not processed

Bookings.com and Topanga 24 In Margate has provided a bad service to me , accommodation was showing R600.00 on bookings.com and when they deduct the payment they deducted R1241.00 of which I never agreed to. Immediately after booking i called them and they called the property owner on *** and he telephonically accepted my cancellation at a fee of 10% but now he is not answering my calls the last time he responded he said i paid the money to bookings .com not him and bookings.com is saying i must call him.....this is ***** and bad service. even today my query is not resolved
