Refund not being refunded

i booked for a holiday with free cancellation option for the 28-30 July 2023 for Durban. The cancellation was done successfully and promised to get get refund. Its been almost 2 months now being given a run around. The call center people are very rude and drop calls.

i was told it was sent but no one is willing to confirm when or provide POP but get the same answer "confirm with your bank". And say what is my question? i can see my transactions and no refund was received.

wish there was no star to give as u deserve none.
