Refund nightmare

Trash service - Made a booking late feb/early march then the owner/host decided to cancel booking due to maintenance reasons (Not my fault). We processed everything booking was suppose to refund me in 7-14 days. I let it go, called in day 15 no refund I am told they checking and processing to wait another additional 2 - 7 day while they escalate (***)
