Refund my money, bookings canceled the owner
Please can I request that you assist me here. I booked this place over December 2024- and the owner of the placed declined my booking due to unavailability. I requested the refund and I told to contact Booking.com, when I called them several times the call was bad on their side the agent kept saying we cannot hear you.
Fast forward, I have not received my refund and no one has contacted me yet, not on mail not on call. I would really appreciate your intervention, R900 is not a small amount to just be ignored.
