Refund

I made a booking at House Haven in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) through Booking.com. Due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel the booking. The rules of the booking was that a 50% will be deducted in case of cancellation or no show. I send emails, made calls, but the owners refuse to give back my money and Booking.com is just silent about this whole issue. I'm beyond disgusted and I will never make use of their service again.
