Refund

After booking.com confirmed that there was available accommodation at mabidi guest house with confirmation number *** pin 6696 , I paid only to find out that mabidi guest house is fully booked. I called them and told them to look for another accommodation that is similar to Mabidi which they did. Afterwards they give me a call and said I must make another booking as they have refunded me and the money will take 7 to days days. I don't have money to make new bookings as we wanted to book on the 1st May . They told me there is nothing they can do. I just have to wait for 7 to 10 days
