REFUND!

I made a booking on the 29 feb and cancelled it on the 30 feb i was advised the cancellation is free and i should receive my full refund in a few days. to day i called to follow up and i was told that they are not going to refund me i must ask for my refund from boulders bay ballito, (the place that i had booked for) i called boulders bay and i was told that they dont know anything about my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK and no one is willing to assist me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
