Refund

Booking.com is the worst service provider I have ever come across. The worst. It's a pity I cannot rate zero star because you don't deserve a star at all. Will you process my refund please for the uptenth time that I'm asking you. I have done all the running around to the bank and you still fail to refund me. Please refund my money
