REFUND : Booking number ***

I made a booking last week Friday 2nd February through booking.com for a stay at Inn & Out Plus Rosebank for the 3rd Feb checking out 4th Feb. So upon arrival Saturday round lunch time at the venue the lady told me I had my dates wrong instead of the 3rd I had the 10th .

So I asked her if there is anything she can do for me at all she said they are fully booked and there was no way she could refund me .

So I asked her if she could check at their sandton branch so she called the lady at reception there so there was space but she told me I had to to re book cause they won’t be able to assist me even if I have booking. So I did re book and I stayed at the inn and out in sandton.

I was told to email bookin.com regarding the other booking I have been doing so for the past week and i have been asking for a refund cause I already stayed last week and paid. Because my work conference was last week and not the 10th .

So it’s unfair for me to pay.
