REFUND BAD SERVICE

A booking was made by myself today, when payment was asked, the option was chosen to pay on the 23 April 2020 as the booking was only made for the 25th of April 2020 at Maroela Bushveld Lodge, as i went ahead with confirmation, a payment of the full amount was taken off immediately when i clearly stated to only do the payment option on the 23rd of April 2020. When requested to do the cancellation and receive my refund, they refund is only to be in my bank account within 7-12 working days. Fast to take my money, but slow to return!!!! As i read thru hello peter with all the negative remarks it makes me wonder what a ******* this really is!! I am R6000.00 short and at this time of the year, just after paying our December holiday, it really sucks for a company to "*****" your money. Try to phoned them, NO ANSWER OFCOURSE.
