Refund

I tried to book accommodation through booking.com. The accommodation was no longer available and I received an email stating that I would receive a refund within "7-12 days." Not business days, mind you. It has been 20 days and I have received nothing. They don't have an email address to contact either. If you'd like to lose your money, this is an underwhelming place to start.
