Refund

Booked a place and they confirmed availability, an hour later they cancelled, could not even call them as thier contact number was incorrect. Only a few hours later then they provided the correct contact number and when I called they said the place was not going to be ready for that day as they were still busy with it. Booking.com kept taking me from pillar to post for my refund.
