Refund

I made a booking (#***) on the 28th November 2024 for check-in date of 27th-29th December 2024.Due to unforeseen personal circumstances,I had to cancel in advance and requested refund.I paid R5810,09 but they refunded me with R50. I have tried to send them an email but they don't respond and there's no customer service line provided for similar situations and I really need the refund.
