Refund

I am still waiting for my Refund, I mistakenly made double payments on my booking, I did cancel 1bookings on the 12 September 2025 and till date nothing no communication from booking.com I have been try to communicate on your App with no response honestly I am dissatisfied and deeply hurt ... what must I do to get my refund???
