Refund

It is with great dismay that I’m writing this review for the detrimentally putrid customer service which i have received from booking.com displaying accommodations that are not available and allowing a payment to be processed towards that booking after being informed that the accommodation is not available. I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND!!! ITS BEEN FAR PAST THE TURN AROUND TIME!! THIS IS PATHETIC AND I AM RUNNING OUT OF SUPERLATIVES TO EXPRESS MY UTTER DISSATISFACTION AT THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY PROCESS! IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO WITHHOLD MY FUNDS FOR SO LONG BUT ON THE SITE IT SAYS THE REFUND IS PROCESSED AND RECEIVED. I will be taking to the NFO if do not receive any form of assistance by 10am tomorrow morning!
