refund

i have requested for refund from booking. com qand did not get any feedback, spoke to the owner of Ivy inn she said we need to get refund from booking. com. cancellation request ********** , she also advised she cant give us another date cause she was getting rent for the next 3 months, mind u we had cancelled due to floads we couldnt go for the boat cruise
