Price Match is a complete LIE - FALSE ADVERTISING

Booked the Holiday Inn Orchard City Centre in Singapore. Only to find out after I paid for my booking that there were hidden taxes and Services Charges which resulted in me paying more than R1000 over the price quoted!

Found the room cheaper on Hotels.com and used the Price Match link on the Booking.com website to get a refund for the difference.

To which I get the below response: Sorry but we cannot offer the rate mentions, i have also checked hotels.com and the rate you are referring to has no breakfast included however you have it booked with breakfast.

No reason given as to why they cannot price match! Simply because the difference was too high for their liking?? This is FALSE ADVERTISING at its best!

You can clearly see from the screenshots of the Hotels.com website that breakfast was included!!

I will never be using Booking.com EVER AGAIN!
