Pretoria east guest house

I booked for accommodation on Booking.com, for Pretoria east guest house, when I got to the property, there was a big notice at the gate that says'The owners of the property doesn't know anything about bookings from booking. Com, they are privately owned and do not want to be disturbed.

I tried to get hold of Booking.com, emailed them and calling them to get my refund as I had to rebook at another place but to date they not responding to me.

I booked for the 28th June 2025 a month before my check in and the money was deducted.
