I had a booking with booking.com then the institution had false photos on the website. Not using any services from the hotel and an awful experience they charged me for one night after using no services. After fighting, a month later I still have no refund. I am done using booking.com check out trip.com my new site I am using way better than booking.com in facilities and services.
