POOR SHOW BOOKING.COM

Booking .com takes your payment for the accommodation then sends you a mail stating that the accommodation is no longer available. This is *****!!! Then they inform you that you will be refunded in 7-12 days. Think of just the interest they earn on all the money they take from customers before they refund you!!! I'm sure I'm not the only customers it has happened to.
