Poor service with ****s involved

I made a booking online as usual using their site, booking was confirmed with a confirmation number:*** with the pin and the property in in Morningside air bnb,everything looked legit until i got to the venue and the number provided on the confirmation is unreachable, security said there are no keys left with them for any guests ,i had to sleep in the car and i reported the issues with their customer service and am told there is nothing they can do they also tried to reach the owner but no luck. Yet the property is still advertising on their website meaning people are still going to be ****med and to my surprise in the morning i got to the reception and they are aware of the ****. Can someone take us seriously as we use our private info to secure bookings. I would like to believe any person doing business with you there is a verification process in place unless you work with ****mers all i want is my refund. Been two weeks now?
