Poor Service from Booking.com

We registered with Booking.com in hopes of growing our business, but it has been over a month since guests have been checking in and out without us receiving any payments from them. We have tried to contact their support, but have been unsuccessful. Additionally, their system is not user-friendly, making it difficult to reach them. We are very unhappy with their service. They are service is poor, the name of our Guest house is TCP Guest House,, situated in Kimberly Northern Cape
