Poor Service by Booking.com

Booking.com advertised accomodation at a discounted Price. When I tried to book, the system quoted full price. When following up through the Booking.Com portal I got six responses from 6 differnt representatives asking for same information. Their hrlpdesk is not working. Last response was that I had to phone their UK number from SA. Cost will cost me more than discount!
