Terrible experience with a Cape Town booking made with Booking.com who promised to follow up with the agents( Propr) who managed a block called The Quadrant. Checking in no one to meet us .Made to wait around . Same story on departing. Broken items in the apartment. TV in apartment doesn't mean cable TV . Have to use your own Netflix account with their modem that didn't work. So sad that tourists are treated like this.
