Poor Service and No Due diligence

I booked through the app, drove 700km to the coast only to find out that the accommodation is a ****. I laid charge at the police station, called booking.com and sent a direct message to booking.com on the app. This happened on the 30 dec 2022. Till now i had no response from booking.com
