Poor service and no accountability

We booked accomodation in Colesberg, the name of the place is Little Farms. We drove from Durban to Northern Cape and got there at around 12am and when we got there we were sworn at and told to leave. There were about 5 guys and I was travelling with a pregnant wife so we feared for our lives and left. We reported to booking.com but only received a refund of R195 when we paid more than R600. The issue is not about money but our safety as clients

I have decided never to use booking.com ever again. AirBnB offers way better service than them
