Poor service

Never book at Booking.com they will leave you stranded. So last night I booked a place at Seaviews Holiday Apartment paid received confirmation then this morning i woke up and saw a email stating they overbooked. The gentleman of Seaviews tried to assist but later refunded my money stating that Booking.com is just a management agent and cannot tell them how to run their business. We'll that leaves me to wait 48 hours for my money and no help from Booking.com please don't book via this application it will leave you stranded. Booking.com won't help and very difficult to get hold of them.
