Poor service

Booking.com is so full of **** I don't recommend anybody to use the platform as a property owner. I'm calling from the property gsmg apartments with a property ID *** and I as the owner Jordan manzanga I have a problem on my payout it's been a month now booking.com not releasing my payout because my banking details needs to be approved I've never experienced that before and it hurtful.i have tried changing the banking details still the same it's ready not fair that I have to wait for you guys to pay me so I can pay my staff or my bills.
