Poor service

My family booked and paid for a weekend away in Drakensberg and then was notified 4 days before the holidays, by the owner, that the accommodation was double booked. The owner chose to give the place to people that booked later but for longer. We notified Bookings.com immediately and they failed to rectify the problem. We now have to wait 12 days for our refund.
