Poor quality of service

Good day Reservation number *** We booked the place at Plettenberg on the 22 April 2022 and booking.com over charged us by R390. 53 since than booking. com has been playing hide and seek, is been over a month now no refund receive yet yet promised to process our refund with 7-10 days.

Kindly assist to speed up our refund
