Poor customer service

I've been patient with them sending them emails back and forth regarding false advertising of which I booked for 4 days and the place was getting renovated and I had to book else where, I've left various messages for both the property and bookings.com but till today I haven't received anything regarding my refund. I would not ever recommend the site to anyone or the property 130 market street in northriding if anyone can advise me on how to escalate the matter further it would be highly appreciated.
