Poor but poor service

I'm so tired foe bookings.com. been trying to cancel a booking for almost a week and still no one to help. Everytime provide numbers that don't work and us in south africa can't phone. I'm not asking for my money back I'm just asking to keep it on credit after they have taken their commission. No one to help and use the excuse they can't phone u
