Poor accommodation service from Dips n T guest house

Poor accommodation service booked through bookings.com at Dips n T guest house Bloemfontein. Two towels and one tissue roll that was already used and no house keeping all weekend we slept on same bedding for 3 nights. The owners of the place would come early in the morning at 5am and make noise with the radio on high volume no respect for the guests. The place is dirty and to this day I still wonder who allocated that guest house 4 star rating because it does not even deserve a single star.
