POOR!

Poor Poor, the first impression was very bad, totally a misrepresentation by Booking.com on their site. It's not what's in the pictures. On arrival at Pixie Lodge the condition of the property was very poor, we booked 4 bedrooms one of toilets wasn't in a working condition as well as the shower. We canceled our booking on arrival after witness the condition. We could not get our money back, and booking.com wasn't very helpful in this regard. They didn't get back to us with a backup or booked another place or even refund our money so that we could have made book ourself into a better place. We were lost in this City after we lost all our money and wasn't able to book something else. Poor customer care service from booking.com I would never recommend anyone to make a booking again from booking.com site.
