Policies are not clear

<p>With regards to their reservation and booking policies this is very disturbing once credit card details have been entered as an establishment can tell you that a reservation fee is required to book the place. If that reservation fee is declined for some odd reason the reservation is still valid even though the establishment will notify you that they cannot confirm the booking. </p> <p>Been sent back and forth between booking.com and said establishment. Each saying the other has their own policies in that regard, so I must take it up with the other. </p> <p>The full amount of of my booking was taken from my card with no warning. Highly disappointed. </p> <p>Will never recommend or use this service. </p>
