Please help me sue and expose bookings.com for endangering my life with a *****ulent transaction

Bookings.com is a **** and a *****. They confirmed a booking for me in Johannesburg, South Africa and took my money well a week in advance in a different province and the property owners contact details were not even valid

I spent money and made arrangements with people to reach the destination only for the property owner to turn me back telling me she notified bookings.com her property is closed off. The client service consultant, Menchie Lou E. Was helpful but her company policies failed her, her supervisor however is rude and unhelpful. Now I have to be stranded with money, no place to go, and no use of my cellphone.

They refused to remedy my situation and would not book me another place, horrible evil people
