Payout bnb

I'm a host for a bnb an guest came on the 16th October an until this day I have not recieved payment made by the guest. Since last week I called an was tolled payment will be done soon but always date for payout are moved from the 21st October to now the 1st November which is unfair. Firstly. We used our money to accommodate the guest. They have used our bnb an no payment transfered by bookong.com.booking.com has the most pathetic client service. I called an always tolled they cannot tell me why payment is withheld. Or when payment will be made. I'm really dissapointed at the level of service given. I have send them inoxed the whole week with no answers. This is not fair at all.
