Paying for services i dont get

Checked in at 17:20 waited for towels until 20:20 and opened the shower worms pop out the shower the other room smelled like mould and I want my money back and the refusing to give me my money. The union hotel durban is not what I expected it to be.manager doesn't even want to talk to me.its sad.
