Pavlin guest house Chatsworth Durban

I booked Pavlin guest house through Booking.com I went to the property I wait outside from 17:00 to 18:33 calling the property they didn't pick up my calls and I end up booking somewhere else so I called Booking.com from 7 of October 2023 until today 16 October 2023 I want my money back but I don't get help from Booking.com
