Pathetic turn around time

<p>I have booked accommodation for 4 people at Katse Lodge on 26 August 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my reservation. I emailed booking.com and asked then regarding my deposit. I received feedback from them informing me that the refund will be done within 10-15 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not received my deposit yet and had to phone these people Irene Mutikane from central reservations to assist. Bit to now avail. </p> <p> </p> <p>I still have not received any feedback from them and will not recommend them due to the poor after sales ****** ups of these *********** people. </p> <p> </p> <p>My reference ********** 41 at Orion Katse Lodge. </p> <p> </p> <p>I wanted to test these people for my next travels. They have failed me with their service. </p>
