Pathetic service received from host

We recently booked in Jeffery's bay at Marina Martinique and received pathetic customer service from the host. It was our first time visiting the place and he could not even assist with a google location of the place, we spent over 1 hour trying to look for the place. Most unhelpful and rude host ever.

It was an issue when we requested access and exist code for the security,
