PATHETIC SERVICE and a BUNCH of *******!!

This company hosts the platform for accommodation, one such place is Bnb on Ness. I made a booking on the 26Dec which said I cannot cancel. After already being on the way they sent an email saying they can no longer take me and I must please cancel on the app. You cannot cancel because it doesn't allow you. When i got to Bnb on Ness, there was nobody there, I phoned and a rude lady answered saying she will send me another address she cannot help me. I have been asking for a refund since then and have received nothing but rudeness, incompetence and they have done nothing to rectify the issue. Extremely unprofessional, sms's from random numbers and they are **********. I wouldn't trust booking.com either because they are the ones who still keep these people on their site and nobody is getting back to me. They ***** your money and run away!! I want my money back and i had to then make travel arrangements which incurred even further cost!! The email address -- good luck contacting anyone!
