Pathetic service

So my boyfriend and I booked an apartment for our anniversary at 333 Heckroodt Avenue called "Versailles" - booked and paid for the deluxe suite only to be presented with a standard room when we got there. The owner of the property at gist wouldn't take our calls, then after a while we went back and forth with her over the room 😔. She totally ****med us out of our money, she advised that we cancel the booking, knowing very well we wouldn't get our money back. Tried to contact booking.com customer service and were told there's nothing they can do. What a waste of time and money. This is *****! Sies!
