Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Numerous emails and a bunch of pathetic replies. You state 7-12 days on refunds. Its 16 days still nothing. No confirmation number sent no pin code. Funds out my available bank balance. I've asked for a letter numerous times so i can get my bank to reverse it as they need a letter from bookings.com But you guys cannot even do so. I will not use bookings.com again and will advise others.
