Pathetic service

I confirmed and reserved a weekend at Duttons Villa, Herolds Bay for 3 nights at R600 per night as stated on the website. I contacted the host of the property twice to enquire about something and received no reply. Last night I received an email from booking.com that the price per night is 6500 instead of R600. And 30 mins later my booking was cancelled without my knowledge.

What an erroneous error to make.

I am highly disappointed with the quality of their service. Pathetic and unprofessional.
